Communities we build in
The communities where we have an active or recently-finished home. Each entry below carries the neighborhood-level detail we'd otherwise cover in the first ten minutes of your consultation — lot availability, average build time, school district, design-review character.
Below is the eight communities we currently have active or recently-finished homes in. Five carry an extended overview page with our specific experience there — lot count delivered, design review board notes, and a CTA to tour available lots in that community. The remaining three are listed as build-zone areas; we're happy to walk an available lot in any of them.
Park City
Established Park City golf community, large mature lots with full utilities. We've delivered fourteen homes here across our last decade — easy permitting, predictable lot conditions.
Deer Valley
Ski-in/ski-out, Architectural Review Board approval required, slope-engineered construction. The flagship address for new custom homes in the Wasatch Back.
Park City
Gated golf and outdoor club community. Large parcels, generous setbacks, an experienced design review committee. Where most of our 6,500+ sq ft commissions land.
Heber Valley
Heber Valley's premier golf + lifestyle community. Mountain-modern character, family-driven buyers, well-run HOA. We have nine finished homes here and three actively building.
Heber Valley
Historic Swiss-influenced main-street town, agricultural perimeter lots, and the area's most relaxed HOA picture. Some of our most distinctive builds — including a working horse property.
Park City
Heritage Park Avenue and surrounding streets. Almost exclusively tear-down + rebuild work because the lots are spoken for. Design review board has strong say on massing and facade.
Park City (north)
Big-sky 1- to 2.5-acre lots on the Park City side of I-80. Septic and well, broader sight lines than the in-town communities, well-priced relative to Old Town or Deer Valley.
Heber Valley
Lakeside golf community with the best Jordanelle Reservoir views in the valley. Buyers tend to come from out of state, finishes lean modern, HOA review is tight on roofline.
Tell us about your project
Send us the parcel — we'll be candid about whether it's in our build zone, whether the lot can carry the program you have in mind, and whether we're the right firm for the project.
